The accommodation which is on one level and well suited for disabled access offers SIX bedrooms all with TV: 4 king-size and 1 super-king (1 with en-suite shower room and WC) and 1 triple with en-suite shower room and WC (super-king is accessed via the triple bedroom). Bathroom: family size with WC fully wheelchair accessible. Another separate WC off the hall. Lounge/kitchen/diner: seamlessly flowing open-plan room with 55 TV Blu-ray surround sound cosy seating woodburner (logs included) dining table and chairs. Well-equipped modern kitchen with range cooker microwave washer/dryer dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. Large spacious conservatory with 9ft American pool table and further seating. Outside: extensive decked areas one to the front of the bungalow giving added accessibility to the property. Mature large level gardens and 2 patio areas 1 at the front and the second decked area leading off the conservatory both with patio furniture and large stainless steel BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. First 20 of electric included. Please be aware that the property is strictly no smoking. 3 dogs welcome.
